Delivery times vary by location. Items leave seller's location within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Allow additional time for delivery with Post Canada (3-7 working days).

Due to the nature of the product and the current situation,, does not accept returns or exchanges unless the purchased item is defective. If in a situation where you receive a defective item, please contact us at with the description of the product and the defect.

Once the product is received we will make a full examination and will contact you as soon as it is done within a reasonable time, upon the examination we will let you know if you are either eligible to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
